2. Which team would you like to volunteer for?

Team A: Set-up and tear-down team

Call time is generally mid-morning
Assist the concourse manager in setting up displays and banners
Help loading in needed merchandise for the store
Counting inventory and bundling packages
Setting up tables and table-top displays and signage
Must be able to comfortably carry boxes up to 35 lbs.
Help in tearing down booths after the concert

Team B: Merch sales team

Call time is generally one hour prior to doors
Friendly, outgoing and able to engage customers
Assist others in making decisions
Previous retail, money handling experience is a plus
Comfortable counting
Able to act quickly on your feet
Physically able to stand for 2–3 hours at a time

Team A & Team B: Both set-up and tear-down, and merch sales teams
